Payment Methods
Accepts cash, UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), and standard digital transactions.
Pricing & Invoicing
All purchases are backed by an official tax invoice (GSTIN enabled). Prices for Godrej products strictly follow authorized dealer MRP guidelines unless specific trade/bulk discounts apply.
Warranty & Dealer Terms
Godrej Manufacturer Warranty
Product warranties (for Godrej deadbolts, digital locks, rim locks, and home safes) are honored directly through Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd. Official warranty cards and purchase bills must be retained for claims.
Installation & Key Services
Specialized key duplication, installation guidance, and lock repair/after-sales services are provided locally at the store.
Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
Over-the-Counter Purchases
Standard brick-and-mortar retail policies apply. Products must generally be returned in their original, undamaged packaging with the tax receipt within the shop's designated exchange window (typically 7 days for defective hardware).
Sealed Lock Kits
Tampered or altered lock sets and custom-cut/duplicated keys are generally non-refundable once handed over.
